Beginner's and Advanced Agility Classes
Agility is a great activity to participate in with your dog!

The benefits…

· Improves your dog’s confidence in itself and you.

· Builds a working relationship between you and your dog.

· Great fun-filled activity to relieve stress.

Beginner’s Agility — Learn the basics of agility. Dogs must have completed a basic obedience class and know how to sit, lie down, stay/wait, and come when called.  Dogs will be tested at first class.  If the dog is not successful with these skills, it will be referred to next class session after honing these skills or taking a beg obedience class.

Advanced Agility This class is for handlers and dogs with previous agility experience who would like to continue their training.

Terry Brown Agility Seminar sponsored by NCKC

On July 16th, 2011 Terry Brown, agility competitor, instructor and AKC judge, held a workshop sponsored by the NCKC at the Dean's residence.  We had a wonderful turn out, and although it was a hot day, we all learned a lot.  Terry had us doing multiple techniques that will help us in our future training and trailing.
A wonderful lunch was provided, and drinks to hydrate throughout the day.  It was a great day of learning and getting together with other agility enthusiasts.  Photos taken by Jean Dean and Sandra King.
